Fee Structure 2011
APPLICATION FEE:
A non-refundable Application Fee of R 1000.00 must accompany the Application Form together with a copy of the child's Birth Certificate and Immunisation Report Card.
ENTRANCE FEE:
An Entrance Fee, equivalent to one month's tuition fees, is payable at the time when a definite place is offered for entry to the creche. This is non-refundable.
Day Care Centre Hats are R 85.00 each.
Creche fees are payable in advance each and every month over the 12 months of the year.
You may opt to pay fees in one of the following ways:-
1. Full year in advance - The creche currently offers a 10%discount if fees are paid before the 15th of January 2011.
2. Termly in advance - Full amount is payable within the first month of the specific term.
3. Monthly cash payments - Parents whom currently pay cash each and every month.
4. Should you not be taking advantage of either of the abovementioned payment options the Debit Order form must be completed in full, signed and returned asap. Failure to do so, will result in the child being excluded from attendance to Tiny Town.
5. Siblings are eligible for a 10% discount on the monthly fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Fees are calculated annually over a 12 month period and under no circumstances will the payment of fees be forfeited. Should a child not attend the creche for whatever reason, including going on holiday, fees are still due and payable. Should fees not be received during the time the child is absent, the child's place will be forfeited and offered to the next child on our waiting list.
The monthly fees are payable in advance every month over the 12 months of the year:
Half Day - 7am to 2pm - R2,900.00
Full Day - 7am to 6pm - R3,300.00
Should you wish to ease your cash flow during the months of November / December, the per annum fee of R34,800.00 applicable to half day tuition or R39,600.00 applicable to full day tuition, may be split over 10 months ie. January to October, or 11 months ie. January to November.
PLEASE CHOOSE THIS OPTION SHOULD YOU WISH NOT TO PAY FEES FOR DECEMBER 2011.
The calculation is as follows:-
HALF DAY:-
Fees payable over a 10 month period - January to October - R3,480.00 per month.
Fees payable over a 11 month period - January to November - R3,163.64 per month.
FULL DAY:-
Fees payable over a 10 month period - January to October - R3,960.00 per month.
Fees payable over a 11 month period - Janaury to November - R3,600.00 per month.
If you do not wish to pay monthly, the following options are available:-
Termly:- 2011 (Over 3 terms)
Half Day
Term 1 - R11,600.00 (January to April)
Term 2 - R11,600.00 (May to August)
Term 3 - R11,600.00 (September to December)
Per Annum R34,800.00
A 10% discount is offered on this payment structure (Per Annum, NOT Termly) if paid by the middle of January each year.
Termly:- 2011 (Over 3 Terms)
Full Day
Term 1 - R13,200.00 (January to April)
Term 2 - R13,200.00 (May to August)
Term 3 - R13,200.00 (September to December)
Per Annum R39,600.00
A 10% discount is offered on this payment structure (Per Annum, NOT Termly) if paid by the middle of January each year.
Children are required to bring toiletries each month :-
Soap
Disposable Nappies (If required)
Tissues
Hand and facial creams will be provided by the Centre. Please advise if your child has any allergies in this regard.
Protective Sun Cream will be applied to the children's faces in Summer. Once again, please advise if your child's skin is sensitive to any creams / lotions.
